Grilled Bell Pepper Salad (slata Fel Fel) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp cumin .
  • salt .
  • pepper, freshly ground, to taste .
  • 1/2 lb bell peppers (combination of red & green) .
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed .
  • 1 tsp parsley, minced (flat leaf type) .
  • 1 1/2 tbsps olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Roast the bell peppers by broiling them on both sides just until charred.
  • Step #2 Place in a bag, & seal.
  • Step #3 When cooled, remove this from the bag, & peel off the charred skin.
  • Step #4 Cut peppers into 1/2" strips lengthwise & place this into a serving bowl.
  • Step #5 Mix the remaining ingredients & pour over the peppers.
  • Step #6 Cover up with plastic wrap & let sit for one hr.
  • Step #7 Stir & serve.
