Ingredients
pepper .
1/4 c sour cream .
sliced fresh parsley .
salt .
1/2 tsp cornstarch .
1/4 c chicken broth .
4 (5 oz) boneless pork chops .
2 tsps stone ground coarse grain mustard .
2 tsps Dijon mustard
Directions
Step #1 In a mixer process chicken broth, sour cream, both mustards & the cornstarch until mixture is smooth & not lumpy.
Step #2 Transfer the mixture to a saucepan & let simmer over med-heat/flame until it becomes thickened.
Step #3 Stir in the parsley & keep sauce warm.
Step #4 Heat a large skillet.
Step #5 Spice up both sides of pork chops with salt & pepper & cook on high heat until browned; about 5 mins.
Step #6 Turn the pork chops over & cook another 3 mins or until cooked through.
Step #7 Transfer the pork chops to dinner plates & spoon the mustard sauce over the top.
