Pork Chops With Mustard & Sour Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • pepper .
  • 1/4 c sour cream .
  • sliced fresh parsley .
  • salt .
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch .
  • 1/4 c chicken broth .
  • 4 (5 oz) boneless pork chops .
  • 2 tsps stone ground coarse grain mustard .
  • 2 tsps Dijon mustard

Directions
  • Step #1 In a mixer process chicken broth, sour cream, both mustards & the cornstarch until mixture is smooth & not lumpy.
  • Step #2 Transfer the mixture to a saucepan & let simmer over med-heat/flame until it becomes thickened.
  • Step #3 Stir in the parsley & keep sauce warm.
  • Step #4 Heat a large skillet.
  • Step #5 Spice up both sides of pork chops with salt & pepper & cook on high heat until browned; about 5 mins.
  • Step #6 Turn the pork chops over & cook another 3 mins or until cooked through.
  • Step #7 Transfer the pork chops to dinner plates & spoon the mustard sauce over the top.
