Step #1 Combine the meat with the marinade & allow the mixture to soak for about 2 hrs at about room temp; stirring every once in awhile to make sure all of the meat gets well coated.
Step #2 Take the meat from the marinade & pat dry.
Step #3 Set aside.
Step #4 Be sure to save the marinade.
Step #5 Coat the sides & bottom of a baking dish with the Sesame oil & add the meat.
Step #6 Bake in a preheated oven (375 F) for 50 mins until the meat is tender.
Step #7 While the meat is baking, bring the marinade to boil.
Step #8 Reduce the heat to low & cook for approx 15 mins.
Step #9 The amount should be a little reduced.
Step #10 When the meat is finished baking pour its cooking juices into the reduced marinade & bring it to a boil again.
Step #11 Put the meat on a serving dish & pour some of the juice over the pork.
Step #12 The remainder of the juice can be served separately for those who wish to have more their meat or as a gravy on their rice.
