Grilled Soy-ginger Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp minced garlic .
  • 1/2 tsp paprika .
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper .
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger .
  • 1 lb salmon fillets or 2 salmon steaks .
  • 2 tbsps olive oil .
  • 2 tbsps olive oil (for grill surface) .
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce .
  • 1/4 c onions, grated

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine marinade ingredients Cover up salmon with marinade & let this stand at room tempature for 20 mins.
  • Step #2 Flip salmon over after 10 mins to marinade the salmon equally.
  • Step #3 Cook on uncovered grill, directly over medium coals for approx 7 min each side.
  • Step #4 Baste with remaining marinade throughout grilling.
  • Step #5 Note-When grilling salmon flip with spatula.
