3/4 c prepared barbecue sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's) .
1/4 tsp salt .
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Step #1 Brown ground beef with onion & green pepper In a large-ish nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame 8 to 10 mins, breaking beef up into small crumbles.
Step #2 Pour off drippings.
Step #3 Stir in barbecue sauce, salt & pepper & heat through.
Step #4 Serve on hamburger buns & top this with cheese.
