Step #2 Par-boil approximately 3-5 mins, drain well.
Step #3 Place cabbage in greased 9x13 casserole.
Step #4 Set aside.
Step #5 Melt butter in large saucepan.
Step #6 Stir in flour & allow to cook 2-3 mins over med-heat/flame while stirring constantly (I also add salt & pepper to my white sauce to season - approximately 1/4 tsps of each).
Step #7 Stir in half n half making a thick white sauce.
Step #8 Make your white sauce as thick as you prefer.
Step #9 The thinner the sauce, the more "soupy" the dish will be.
Step #10 Cut up Velveeta cheese & stir this to melt.
Step #11 Spice up cabbage with salt & pepper to taste.
Step #12 Pour cheese sauce over cabbage & bake covered with foil wrap in 350º oven approximately 30-45 mins till bubbly & cabbage is tender.
