Ingredients
1/4 c boiling water .
1 (3 oz) package sugar-free jello, any flavor .
2 (6 oz) containers nonfat yogurt, in any flavor that compliments the choice of jello .
1 (8 oz) container fat-free cool whip
Directions
Step #1 1.
Step #2 Combine jello & boiling water until jello crystals are completely dissolved.
Step #3 2.
Step #4 Stir in yogurt until mixd well.
Step #5 3.
Step #6 Gently fold in Cool Whip.
Step #7 4.
Step #8 Can be poured into fat free graham cracker crust or spooned into parfait glasses, then chilled.
Step #9 NOTE: Don't worry if you get a little "stir-happy" when folding in the whipped topping.
Step #10 You can pour it into the crust or parfait c & pop it into the freezer for a tasty frozen treat.
