Step #1 place whole wheat flour, wheat germ & oats in a medium mixing bowl, mix with a whisk.
Step #2 add bbq sauce, oil, egg & water & mix well.
Step #3 sprinkle half of the cornmeal over a sheet of wax paper, place dough on waxed paper, sprinkle remaining cornmeal on top of dough.
Step #4 roll out to 1/4" thickness.
Step #5 cut with cookie cutters or cut into rectangles with sharp knife.
Step #6 place on sprayed cookie sheets.
Step #7 bake this at 350* for 30 mins or a little longer if you want a harder treat --.
