Broiled Fish With Buttery Caper Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp pepper .
  • 2 tsps balsamic vinegar, use the good stuff .
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, minced .
  • 4 (6 oz) boneless fish fillets, your choice .
  • 1 1/2 tsps capers, rinsed & drained .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 4 tbsps unsalted butter

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat broiler.
  • Step #2 Line baking sheets with fillets.
  • Step #3 Broil 6-inches from heat, about 3 -5 mins total for thin fillets, about 10 mins total for fish about 1-inch thick.
  • Step #4 Spice up with salt & pepper.
  • Step #5 Meanwhile, in small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat/flame.
  • Step #6 Add vinegar & capers.
  • Step #7 Heat through.
  • Step #8 Remove from the heat.
  • Step #9 Stir in the parsley.
  • Step #10 Plate the fish.
  • Step #11 Spoon a little sauce over each fillet.
