Galley Ho Skillet Supper Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c cheddar cheese, shredded .
  • 1 lb lean ground beef .
  • fresh parsley, sliced .
  • 1/2 c parmesan cheese, grated .
  • 1/2 c celery, sliced .
  • 1/4 tsp pepper .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 2 tbsps butter .
  • 1/4 c green peppers, sliced .
  • 1 c elbow macaroni, uncooked .
  • 3/4 c onions, sliced .
  • 1 (28 oz) can tomatoes

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter In a large-ish skillet with cover add beef, onion, celery & green pepper & saute until meat is browned.
  • Step #2 Add tomatoes, salt, pepper & bring to boil.
  • Step #3 Add macaroni, stirring every once in awhile, cover & cook over low heat/flame, for 10 mins or until macaroni is tender.
  • Step #4 Stir in Parmesan cheese.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top with Cheddar cheese, cover & allow to stand for 5 mins.
  • Step #6 Sprinkle top with parsley & serve.
