A.b.c. Vegetable Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of broccoli) .
  • 1 c sharp cheddar cheese .
  • 1 c fresh cauliflower heads, sliced .
  • 1 c French-fried onions .
  • 1 c fresh broccoli, heads sliced .
  • 1 c fresh asparagus, trimmed & cut in 2 inch pieces

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step #2 Combine asparagus, broccoli, & cauliflower in a pot of water & cook at medium heat for 10 mins.
  • Step #3 Combine mushroom soup & cheese in a separate pot & heat until cheese melts.
  • Step #4 Drain the cooked vegetables & put in a casserole dish.
  • Step #5 Pour soup & cheese mixture over the vegetables.
  • Step #6 Cover up with onion rings & bake this at 350 for 30 mins or until bubbly.
