Chocolate Mascarpone Phyllo Triangles Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (16 oz) package phyllo dough
  • 2 c clarified butter
  • 1/3 c HERSHEY®'S Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 c honey
  • 2 c mascarpone cheese
  • 3/4 c sliced pecans
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400F degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl, beat together the mascarpone cheese, HERSHEY'S ® Cocoa Powder, vanilla extract & honey.
  • Step #3 Mix in pecans.
  • Step #4 Brush top of one sheet of phyllo dough with clarified butter, & fold in half lengthwise.
  • Step #5 Place two heaping tbsps of the mascarpone cheese mixture in one corner of the folded phyllo sheet.
  • Step #6 Fold sheet over the filling, forming a triangle.
  • Step #7 Trim ragged edges.
  • Step #8 Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets.
  • Step #9 Place triangles seam side down on a medium baking sheet, brush with remaining butter, & bake in the preheated oven 20 mins, or until golden brown.
