Step #1
Preheat oven to 400F degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step #2 In a medium bowl, beat together the mascarpone cheese, HERSHEY'S ® Cocoa Powder, vanilla extract & honey.
Step #3 Mix in pecans.
Step #4 Brush top of one sheet of phyllo dough with clarified butter, & fold in half lengthwise.
Step #5 Place two heaping tbsps of the mascarpone cheese mixture in one corner of the folded phyllo sheet.
Step #6 Fold sheet over the filling, forming a triangle.
Step #7 Trim ragged edges.
Step #8 Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets.
Step #9 Place triangles seam side down on a medium baking sheet, brush with remaining butter, & bake in the preheated oven 20 mins, or until golden brown.
