1 (13.5-oz) package baked tortilla chips (about 16 c)
1/2 c fat-free sour cream
Directions
Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°.
Step #2 Combine 1 1/2 c mozzarella, sour cream, & next 6 ingredients (2 tbsps Parmesan through spinach) In a large-ish bowl, 2 tbsps Parmesan, & stir until well-mixed.
Step #3 Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Step #4 Sprinkle top with 1/2 c mozzarella & 2 tbsps Parmesan.
Step #5 Bake at 350° for 30 mins or until bubbly & golden brown.
