Ingredients
  • 2 c (8 oz.) mixed shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
  • 2 c roasted or grilled vegetables
  • 1 (14.5-oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained & sliced
  • 1 (12-inch) prebaked pizza crust

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together tomatoes & garlic.
  • Step #2 Spread crust evenly with tomato mixture, & sprinkle with cheese; arrange vegetables over cheese.
  • Step #3 Bake at 450° for 12 to 14 mins or until cheese is melted.
