Hoisin-marinated Pork Chops

• 1 tbsp sesame oil
•  Hot cooked rice
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• 1/2 c hoisin sauce
• 2 lbs tuna steaks, cut into 2-inch cubes
• 1 (8-oz) package fresh mushrooms
• 1 tbsp dry sherry
• 1 large onion, cut into wedges

• Step #1 Alternately thread tuna, onion, & mushrooms on 8 (12-inch) skewers.
• Step #2 Place in a 13- by 9-inch baking dish.
• Step #3 Stir together hoisin sauce & next 3 ingredients; brush over skewers.
• Step #4 Cover up & chill 30 mins.
• Step #5 Grill, covered with lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) about 5 to 6 mins on each side or until done.
• Step #6 Serve with hot cooked rice.
