Caramelized Onion Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  •  Cooking spray
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsps low-fat sour cream, divided
  •  Dash of ground red pepper
  • 2 tbsps (1 oz) block-style 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsps light mayonnaise
  • 3 c sliced onion (about 2 medium)
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  • Step #2 Add onion; sauté 2 mins.
  • Step #3 Reduce heat to low; cover & cook 20 mins or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat; cool.
  • Step #5 Combine 1 tbsp sour cream & cream cheese, stirring well.
  • Step #6 Add remaining sour cream, & remaining ingredients, mayonnaise, & stir well to mix.
  • Step #7 Stir in onion.
  • Step #8 Cover up & put in the fridge overnight.
