• 2 c sifted powdered sugar
• 6 tbsps unsweetened cocoa
• 2 tbsps margarine
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/4 c skim milk

• Step #1 Combine sugar & cocoa in a bowl; stir.
• Step #2 Combine milk & margarine in a 1-c glass measure.
• Step #3 Microwave at HIGH 1 min.
• Step #4 Add milk mixture & vanilla to sugar mixture; beat at lowish speed of a mixer until mixed.
