Belgian Endive With Crab Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 32 red or white Belgian endive leaves (from about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. total), rinsed & crisped
  • 3 tbsps minced green onions
  • 1/4 lb shelled cooked crab
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp white wine Worcestershire
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix cheese with 1 tbsp onions, lemon juice, Worcestershire, & pepper.
  • Step #2 Add crab & stir this to mix.
  • Step #3 Mound 2 tsps crab filling at stem end of each endive leaf.
  • Step #4 Garnish with remaining green onions.
  • Step #5 Set leaves, filling side up, on a platter.
