Creamy Mexican Crab Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (6-oz) can lump crabmeat, undrained
  • 1 (8-oz) block nonfat cream cheese
  • 1/2 c salsa
  • 1 (8-oz) package Neufchâtel cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Place cheeses in a microwave-safe bowl, & cover with wax paper.
  • Step #2 Microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 2 to 3 mins or until softened, stirring with a wire whisk until smooth.
  • Step #3 Drain crabmeat through a sieve into a bowl, reserving 1 tbsp liquid.
  • Step #4 Add reserved liquid, crabmeat, & salsa to cheese; stir well.
  • Step #5 Serve warm or at about room temp with baked tortilla chips, raw vegetables, or breadsticks.
