Ingredients
3 (3/4-oz.) wedges Swiss spreadable cheese
1/3 c finely sliced walnuts
1 Bosc or Bartlett pear
Directions
Step #1 Heat 1/3 c of finely sliced walnuts in a small nonstick skillet over medium-low heat, stirring often, 2 to 3 mins or until toasted.
Step #2 Cut 1 Bosc or Bartlett pear into about 20 equal slices.
Step #3 Stir together 3 (3/4 oz.
Step #4 ) wedges of Swiss spreadable cheese.
Step #5 Spread bottom half of 1 side of each pear slice evenly with cheese.
Step #6 Sprinkle top with walnuts.
Step #7 Makes about 20 pieces.
Step #8 Prep 15 min.
Step #9 , Cook: 3 min.
Step #10 Note: For testing purposes only, we used The Laughing Cow Original Creamy Swiss spreadable cheese.
