Mini Smoked Salmon Pizzas Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp sliced fresh dill
  • 1/2 c (4 oz) Neufchâtel cheese
  • 48 (1/2-inch) chive pieces
  • 4 (1-oz) slices cold-smoked salmon
  • 24 gyoza skins
  • 2 tbsps finely sliced red onion
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
  •  Cooking spray

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400°.
  • Step #2 Arrange wrappers in a single layer on 2 baking sheets.
  • Step #3 Lightly coat wrappers with cooking spray.
  • Step #4 Bake at 400° for 6 mins or until crisp; cool.
  • Step #5 Cut each salmon slice into 6 equal portions.
  • Step #6 Combine cheese & next 4 ingredients (through rind), stirring well.
  • Step #7 Spread 1 tsp cheese mixture on each wrapper; top each with 1 salmon piece.
  • Step #8 Garnish each with 2 chive pieces.
