Chocolate-cinnamon Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c all-purpose flour
  • 2 c light-colored corn syrup
  • 1/4 c margarine
  • 8 oz bittersweet chocolate

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt margarine & chocolate in a small saucepan over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #2 Add flour, stirring with a wire whisk until mixed.
  • Step #3 Cook 1 min, stirring constantly.
  • Step #4 Add corn syrup & Kahlua, & cook 1 min.
  • Step #5 Remove from heat; stir in the cinnamon.
  • Step #6 Pour into a fondue pot, & keep warm.
  • Step #7 Serve fondue with strawberries, orange sections, banana chunks, & cubed low-fat lb cake.
  • Step #8 Note: If fondue is not served as soon as possible, place heavy-duty plastic wrap on surfact of container.
