Blue Cheese Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (8-oz) container sour cream
  • 2 c self-rising flour
  • 1 (4-oz) package crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 c butter, melted

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together all ingredients just until mixed.
  • Step #2 Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
  • Step #3 Pat dough to a 3/4-inch thickness; cut with a 2-inch round cutter.
  • Step #4 Place dough rounds on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Step #5 Bake at 425° for 15 to 18 mins or until lightly browned.
