Florentine Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 c fine, dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice
  • 1 (10-oz) package frozen sliced spinach, thawed
  • 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (6-oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise

Directions
  • Step #1 Drain spinach; press between layers of paper towels.
  • Step #2 Drain & chop artichoke hearts.
  • Step #3 Combine spinach, garlic, & next 4 ingredients, artichoke hearts, stirring well.
  • Step #4 Spoon into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish; sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  • Step #5 Bake at 375° for 25 mins, & serve this with crackers or breadsticks.
