Spicy Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tsps dark sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 (3 1/2-oz) package shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 (6-oz) package presliced portobello mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp minced peeled ginger
  • 1 (8-oz) package button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili paste with garlic
  • 2 tsps molasses
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions
  • Step #1 Remove stems from shiitake mushrooms; discard.
  • Step #2 Slice shiitake mushroom caps; set aside.
  • Step #3 Heat oil In a large-ish nonstick skillet over med-heat/flame.
  • Step #4 Add ginger, chili paste, & garlic; sauté 1 min.
  • Step #5 Add shiitake mushroom caps, button mushrooms, & portobello mushrooms; sauté 3 mins.
  • Step #6 Add remaining ingredients; cook 1 min or until sauce thickens.
  • Step #7 Serve warm, at about room temp, or chilled.
