2 (10-oz) cans Mexican-style sliced tomatoes
Directions
Step #1 Process sliced tomatoes & next 4 ingredients in a food processor/blender until smooth.
Step #2 Garnish, if desired.
Step #3 Note: For a beautiful presentation, reserving top; remove & discard seeds & membrane, cut top from 1 large red bell pepper, leaving pepper intact.
Step #4 Arrange bell pepper on a serving plate, & fill with sauce.
