Step #1 In medium bowl, whip cream, sugar & vanilla with electric mixer until stiff.
Step #2 Set aside 1 c of whipped cream.
Step #3 Place a daub of remaining whipped cream on each cookie, & stack in groups of 4 or 5.
Step #4 Chill in refrigerator 15 mins.
Step #5 Remove short stacks from refrigerator & lay down on serving plate to make one long roll.
Step #6 Spread reserved whipped cream on outside of roll.
Step #7 Cover & chill 3 hrs before serving.
Step #8 Cut diagonally in 3/4 inch slices.
