Step #1 In a large container (at least 2 1/2 qt.
Step #2 ) with a lid, turmeric, walnuts, dates, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, mix oats, apples, 4-grain cereal, & cloves.
Step #3 For each serving, in a 1- to 2-quart pan, bring 1 c water to a boil over high heat.
Step #4 (Or, in a microwave oven in a 2- to 3-c bowl or glass measuring c, heat 1 c water on full power [100%] until boiling, about 2 mins.
Step #5 ) Stir in 3/4 c spiced oatmeal mix.
Step #6 Remove from heat, & let this stand for 5 to 10 mins, cover, until it's as thick as you like.
