Rum-glazed Coffee Rolls Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • 2 tbsps instant coffee granules
  • 2 (11-oz) cans put in the fridged buttermilk biscuits
  • 2 tbsps dark rum
  • 1/3 c brewed coffee
  • 1/2 c coarsely sliced pecans
  • 1/4 c butter or margarine, melted

Directions
  • Step #1 Sprinkle top pecans in a heavily greased 12-c Bundt pan.
  • Step #2 Combine brown sugar & next 3 ingredients, stirring well.
  • Step #3 Pour mixture into pan.
  • Step #4 Combine 2/3 c sugar & coffee granules in a shallow bowl; stir well.
  • Step #5 Separate biscuits; dip biscuits in 1/3 c melted butter, & dredge in sugar mixture.
  • Step #6 Stand biscuits on edge around pan, placing 12 on outer side & 8 on inner side of pan.
  • Step #7 Bake at 350° for 28 mins.
  • Step #8 Cool in pan on a wire rack 5 mins.
  • Step #9 Invert onto a serving platter, & serve as soon as possible.
