Step #1 Cook first 3 ingredients In a large-ish saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
Step #2 Remove from heat.
Step #3 Beat egg yolks until thick & pale.
Step #4 Gradually stir about one-fourth of hot mixture into egg yolks; stir in theto remaining hot mixture.
Step #5 Stir in breadcrumbs, salt, & pepper.
Step #6 Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into yolk mixture.
Step #7 Spoon into a 1-quart souffle dish.
Step #8 Bake at 325° for 50 mins or until puffed & golden.
