Chicken Tacos Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 c lemonade
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 (8 oz) container sour cream
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  •  
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 (8 oz) jar salsa
  • 1 (8 oz) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsps Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 (12 oz) package corn tortillas
  • 2 tbsps olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large skillet over med-heat/flame, lime juice, mix chicken, lemonade, olive oil, & Worcestershire sauce.
  • Step #2 Spice up with garlic powder, onion powder, & bay leaf.
  • Step #3 Simmer until chicken is no longer pink, & juices run clear, 15 to 20 mins.
  • Step #4 Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in the oven or microwave until soft.
  • Step #5 When chicken is fully cooked, transfer to serving bowl.
  • Step #6 Place lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, & sour cream in serving dishes.
  • Step #7 Each person can create their own wrap, using their preferred ingredients.
