Step #1 Brown country ham In a large-ish skillet over medium-high heat.
Step #2 Remove ham from skillet, & keep warm.
Step #3 Stir together cornmeal & next 4 ingredients In a large-ish bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
Step #4 Stir together 2 beaten eggs, & vegetable oil; add to dry ingredients, cream-style corn, buttermilk, stirring just until moistened.
Step #5 Pour about 1/4 c batter for each pancake onto a hot, lightly greased nonstick skillet.
Step #6 Cook pancakes until tops are covered with bubbles & edges look cooked; turn & cook other side.
Step #7 Top each pancake with 1 poached egg, country ham, & warm Swiss Cheese Sauce.
