Cinnamon Crunch Bars Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c butter
  • 1 c packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 c sliced walnuts
  • 12 cinnamon graham crackers

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat the oven to 400F degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Grease a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan.
  • Step #3 Arrange cinnamon graham crackers with sides touching in a single layer to cover the bottom of the pan.
  • Step #4 Sprinkle top the walnuts evenly over the crackers.
  • Step #5 In a small saucepan over med-heat/flame, mix the brown sugar, butter & cinnamon.
  • Step #6 Cook stirring constantly until the mixture begins to boil.
  • Step #7 Continue to boil the syrup for 3 mins without stirring.
  • Step #8 Remove from heat & pour over crackers.
  • Step #9 Bake for 8 to 10 mins in the preheated oven, until bubbly & slightly darker around the edges.
  • Step #10 Cool completely in the pan.
  • Step #11 Break into pieces & store this in an airtight container at about room temp.
