Summer Steak Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 garlic clove, minced .
1-1 1/2 lb beef top sirloin steaks .
1 tsp Dijon mustard .
1/4 c sliced scallions .
1/2 c fresh blueberries .
2/3 c grape tomatoes, cut in half .
1/3 c olive oil .
2 tsps fresh coarse ground black pepper .
1/2 c crumbled feta cheese .
10-12 oz bagged greens .
2 tbsps white wine, vineagar .
1 tsp coarse salt

Directions

Step #1 Rub both sides of beef with salt & pepper.
Step #2 Grill 14-15 mins to medium-rare to medium doneness.
Step #3 Place field greens in large bowl.
Step #4 Add scallions, blueberries, & feta cheese, Toss carefully.
Step #5 Cut steak against the grain into 1/4 inch thick slices.
Step #6 Place steak slices on top of the mixed salad.
Step #7 For the dressing, salt & pepper, garlic, mustard, whisk together white wine vinegar, until mixd.
Step #8 Drizzle in olive oil while whisking until oil is absorbed.
Step #9 Drizzle over salad.
