• 1 (20 oz) package frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed plus juice .
• 8 tsps artificial sweetener .
• 2 tbsps cold water .
• 1 1/2 tsps unflavored gelatin

• Step #1 Soften gelatin in cold water.
• Step #2 In a heavy saucepan bring strawberries & juice to a boil.
• Step #3 Reduce heat & let simmer until soft.
• Step #4 Add softened gelatin & stir til completely dissolved.
• Step #5 Cool.
• Step #6 Stir in artificial sweetener.
• Step #7 Chill before serving.
