Step #1 Roughly chop grapes.
Step #2 Place in 3 litre microwave safe bowl.
Step #3 Microwave on HIGH 5 mins.
Step #4 Stir in sugar, rind & juice mixing well until sugar dissolves.
Step #5 Cook uncovered on HIGH for 25 to 40 mins depending on microwave, stirring every few mins until jam is thick.
Step #6 Stir in almonds.
Step #7 Spoon jam into hot sterilised jars, replace lids tightly.
Step #8 Cover up with teatowels as it cools.
