Ingredients
  • 30 g butter, melted .
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar .
  • 4 peaches, halved & stoned .
  • 6 macaroons, sliced .
  • 1/4 c sugar .
  • 1/4 c almond meal

Directions
  • Step #1 Place peaches in microwave safe dish.
  • Step #2 Combine all other ingredients together & spoon into peach cavity.
  • Step #3 Cover up with paper towel or plastic wrap & cook on HIGH for 2 mins.
  • Step #4 Serve with marscapone cheese or cream or ice cream.
