Step #3 Meanwhile soak candied pineapple, orange peel, & lemon peel in bourbon.
Step #4 Add apples, dates, pecans, raisins, & soaked fruits, & mix well.
Step #5 On a greased cookie sheet spoon out half-dollar size cookies, spaced 1/2 inch apart.
Step #6 In a preheated 350 degree (175 degrees C) oven, bake 12-15 mins.
