Matcha Green Tea Smoothie Or Iced Latte Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 tsps sugar (or artificial sweetener) .
  • 1/2 tsp matcha green tea powder .
  • 2 oz hot water (but not boiling) .
  • 1 tsp vanilla syrup (optional) .
  • 8 ice cubes .
  • 4 oz milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix 1/2 tsp green tea powder in 2 oz of hot water in a bowl.
  • Step #2 Stir with a whisk until completely dissolved.
  • Step #3 Stir in 3 tsps of sugar or sugar substitute (can adjust to taste).
  • Step #4 Add in 4 oz of milk & stir.
  • Step #5 (Optional) Add 1 tsp of vanilla syrup, such as Torani or DaVinci brands.
  • Step #6 Add ice cubes & mix in a mixer until smooth.
  • Step #7 Enjoy! Note: You could also drink this as a Matcha Green Tea Iced Latte by just pouring the mixture over ice instead of mixing.
