Buffalo-style Steak Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients
  • cheese, shredded (optional) .
  • 3/4 c chili sauce or salsa .
  • 1 lb steak (boneless flank, top round or sirloin) .
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into quarters (red or green) .
  • sour cream (optional) .
  • 3 tbsps taco seasoning mix .
  • 3/4 c buffalo wing sauce, Frank's REDHOT .
  • 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas or corn tortillas, heated .
  • 1 large onion, cut into thick slices

Directions
  • Step #1 Pour 1/2 c Buffalo Wing Sauce over steak in deep dish.
  • Step #2 Cover up & put in the fridge 30 mins or up to 3 hrs.
  • Step #3 Drain meat & rub both sides with seasoning mix.
  • Step #4 Grill meat & vegetables 10 to 15 mins until meat is medium rare & vegetables are charred, but tender.
  • Step #5 Thinly slice meat & vegetables.
  • Step #6 Place vegetables in large bowl, then stir in the chili sauce & remaining 1/4 c Buffalo Wing Sauce.
  • Step #7 Layer meat & vegetable mixture on tortillas, dividing evenly.
  • Step #8 If desired, serve this with sour cream & cheese.
  • Step #9 Tip: Substitute 1 lb.
  • Step #10 boneless chicken or pork for the steak.
