Spaghetti Salad With Scallops Recipe

Ingredients
  • fresh ground pepper .
  • 1/2 c frozen baby peas .
  • 6-8 c water .
  • 8 oz spaghetti (about 1/2 pkg.) .
  • 1/2 c frozen corn .
  • 1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced .
  • 1 c frozen bay scallops .
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed .
  • 1/4 small white onion, sliced .
  • 1/4 c mayonnaise .
  • 1/4 c sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Add salt to water & bring to boil.
  • Step #2 Break pasta in half & add to water.
  • Step #3 Stir as soon as possible & boil for 12 min (or refer to package directions.
  • Step #4 ).
  • Step #5 While pasta is boiling add in the remaining ingredients to a large serving bowl & mix thoroughly.
  • Step #6 Two mins before pasta is done, add scallops, peas & corn to water, boil for the last two min.
  • Step #7 Drain in collander under cold running water.
  • Step #8 Add to serving bowl with remaining ingredients & stir this to incorporate.
  • Step #9 Serve as soon as possible or refridgerate.
