Step #1 Pop the pop corn cournels & put into a greased large bowl.
Step #2 Melt butter on medium heat in a medium size saucepan.
Step #3 Turn heat down to low, & add brown sugar, stir until blened together well.
Step #4 Making sure that the sugar does not burn turn the heat back up to medium, & add corn syrup.
Step #5 All the while stirring & making sure there is no sticking.
Step #6 Add the salt & and baking soda.
Step #7 This will make the sugar double in size be careful not to let it go over the sides of the pot.
Step #8 Immediately pour onto popcorn.
Step #9 Stir until the carmel has covered popcorn completley.
Step #10 Transfer onto a cookie sheet with wax paper, & let cool.
