Ila's Delightful Sugar Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 tbsps cream of tartar .
4 eggs .
4 c powdered sugar .
10 c flour .
1 1/4 tbsps baking soda .
2 tbsps vanilla .
1 1/2 c granulated sugar .
4 c butter

Directions

Step #1 Cream butter, sugars & eggs until fluffy & mixed well.
Step #2 Add flour, soda cream of tarter & vanilla; mixing thoroughly.
Step #3 Roll out onto lightly floured surface to ¼- ½ inch thickness.
Step #4 Cut with cookie cutters.
Step #5 Sprinkle top with sugar if desired.
Step #6 Bake for 12-15 min at 325*.
