Crossiant Panini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c gouda cheese .
  • 8 tsps parmesan cheese .
  • 5 oz arugula .
  • 4 croissants .
  • 2 oz salami

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat a panini grill.
  • Step #2 Divide 1 oz smoked gouda between 1 top & 1 bottom of a croissant.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top each half with 1 tsp Parmesan.
  • Step #4 Top each with about 3 slices of salami, top half of the sandwich with a small handful of arugula.
  • Step #5 Close the sandwich & continue with the remaining sandwiches.
  • Step #6 Grill the panini until the cheese melts, about 3 to 4 mins.
