  • 2 tbsps crumbled blue cheese .
  • 2 tsps olive oil .
  • 2-3 c baby greens .
  • 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar .
  • 1/4 c dried cranberries .
  • 1/4 c roasted red peppers .
  • 1/4 c walnuts, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Top baby greens with remaining ingredients.
  • Step #2 Add whatever other vegetables you have in your refrigerator.
  • Step #3 Add your favorite dressing.
