Step #1
At least 4 hrs before cooking: Roll each chicken breast (small end to large end), wrap with bacon slice & secure with toothpick or bamboo spear.
Step #2 Place rolled chicken breasts into a shallow glass container & add salad dressing to marinate.
Step #3 Cover & put in refrigerator for 2 hrs, turning every once in awhile.
Step #4 Lightly oil grill & preheat to high.
Step #5 Remove chicken rolls from marinade & grill over hot coals until bacon browns; move to cooler spot on grill & cook another 25 mins or until chicken juices run clear.
Step #6 Baste with barbecue sauce, turning & basting for another 10 mins or until ready to serve.
