Ingredients
2 lbs round steaks, cut into 1/2 in. thick strips .
1/2 c flour, unsifted .
6 tbsps margarine .
1 c water .
2 c sliced onions .
1/2 c sour cream .
1 tsp pepper .
1 tbsp salt .
1 tsp paprika
Directions
Step #1 Melt 4 TBSP margarine In a large-ish skillet, then sauté onions.
Step #2 Remove from the skillet.
Step #3 Coat the steak with the flour.
Step #4 Spice up with salt & pepper.
Step #5 Melt remaining margarine in the skillet & brown the meat well on both sides.
Step #6 Mix with steak the onions, water, sour cream until mixed.
Step #7 Cover up & cook over med-heat/flame till meat is tender (30-45 min).
Step #8 Uncover & cook this until the sauce thickens (10 min).
Step #9 Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
