Chicken And Bean Coleslaw Wraps Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c coleslaw mix (with carrots included) .
  • 2 c shredded cheddar cheese (can use more or less) .
  • 1/2 c ranch dressing (can use more) .
  • 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, drained .
  • 1/2 c barbecue sauce (can use more) .
  • 5 chicken breasts (cooked & cut into strips) .
  • 2 green onions, sliced .
  • salt & pepper .
  • 8 (8 inch) flour tortillas

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl mix the chicken strips with coleslaw, drained beans, ranch dressing & green onions; mix to mix then season this with salt & pepper.
  • Step #2 Cover up & chill for 2 hrs to mix flavors.
  • Step #3 Set oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #4 Place tortillas on a large baking sheet.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top each tortilla with cheddar cheese (use any amount of cheese dreired).
  • Step #6 Bake for about 3-5 mins or until cheese is melted.
  • Step #7 Remove from oven & evenly divide the chicken mixture over each tortilla, then drizzle with barbecue sauce.
  • Step #8 Roll up jellyroll fashion, then slice in half.
