Step #1 To prepare salsa:
Combine papaya, mango, green peppers, ¼ c each of red onions, cilantro & lime juice in a medium bowl.
Step #2 Set aside.
Step #3 To prepare the burgers:
Combine the remaining ½ c of red onions, remaining ¼ c of green peppers, oats, ketchup, jerky seasonings & egg In a large-ish bowl.
Step #4 Mix until well mixd.
Step #5 Add the turkey, mix thoroughly.
Step #6 Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions.
Step #7 Shape each portion into a 1 inch thick patty; cover, put in the fridge for 20 mins.
Step #8 Preheat broiler.
Step #9 Broil the burgers until cooked through, flipping once, about 20 to 25 mins total.
Step #10 Serve each burger with 1/3 c of salsa on top.
