Cherry Wine Glazed Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 3 lbs boneless pork loin roast
  • 1/4 c HOLLAND HOUSE Marsala Cooking Wine
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 (12 oz) jar cherry preserves
  • 1/4 c slivered almonds
  • 2 tbsps light corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 325F degrees F.
  • Step #2 In small saucepan, mix all sauce ingredients.
  • Step #3 Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat.
  • Step #4 Simmer 5 mins.
  • Step #5 Place pork in shallow roasting pan.
  • Step #6 Brush with sauce; sprinkle with almonds.
  • Step #7 Insert meat thermometer into center of thickest part of meat.
  • Step #8 Roast at 325F degrees F for 2 to 3 hrs or until meat thermometer reaches 170 degrees F, spooning sauce over meat every 30 mins.
  • Step #9 Serve with any remaining sauce.
